Description of Services: Short-term program providing rehabilitation services and education for people with moderate to severe lung conditions and diseases to help them manage their condition as well as in regaining control of their breathing, learning how to cope with lung problems, and regaining lost energy and strength * patients will be required to attend two sessions per week over a 10 week period * sessions consists of an education and exercise component
