Description of Services: | Long-term complex medical management program and for patients who require long-term mechanical ventilation. Adults with acute respiratory failure due to acute exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD); weaning of COPD patients from Non-Invasive Ventilation; patients requiring mechanical ventilation post ICU hospitalization; and or post COVID recovery. The program supports prevention or treatment of recurrent respiratory failure in patients with multiple respiratory co-morbidities. | ||
