Description of Services: 26-bed inpatient rehabilitation program for adults with complex respiratory disorders * designed for patients whose needs cannot be met in the community or a long-term care home * work with patients to create an individualized care plan, which may include Bilevel Positive Airway Pressure (BiPAP) support
Requirements
Fees: Service and standard ward accommodation covered by OHIP * additional fees for semi-private and private rooms
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Adults 18 years and older who have severe chronic obstructive and/or restrictive lung diseases * must have daily care and medical needs that cannot be met at home, in a long-term care home, or through community-based services * must be a non-smoker
